I never understood the walkers from Star Wars, they are not only ugly but in terms of functionality very impractical, why not develop a larger tank, also the range of their plasma weapons is very short, a tank equipped with slug weapons could reach further, and penetrate armor more easily!

The 501st possessed extreme High ground & any Commander worth his salt would've had some form of Anti- armor weapons embedded with the Troops positioned above! At the least there would've been Heavy Mortars & some form of personal Anti- Armor! Weapons available!! Ridiculous & Totally unrealistic! What type of Armor is nearly impervious to Imperial Anti- Armor?? C'mon Dude!!

I always think they make Star Wars equipment less powerful than it actually is in these videos. Also, I am fairly certain ion weaponry would level the playing field.

ok this is stupidly bad. the shot of a lasgun would pierce several of those "almost palstic" wearing clones as soon as the trigger is pushed. and the clone blasters would hardly even tickle a russ tank... and do you really think the imperial guard would be so stupid to walk right into such an obvious ambush? let alone march in so tiny numbers?

When you're a Warhammer fan and are sick of seeing all the other cinematics that (rightly) show the Imperial Guard getting its shit pushed in by the Grand Army of the Republic.

Warhammer fans are people who fall behind in society. They compare Warhammer to other movies, other media, and find masculinity they don't have through Warhammer, and have a useless sense of superiority like the people fighting in this video and comments.

You do know that the humble Lazgun is capable of blowing off limbs and destroying concrete? The plastic armor that the clone troopers are wearing would have been melted through with the accompanying meat being cooked to a crispy burnt goodness. IG body armor can handle the blasters as they are unable to damage buildings and barely punch through body armor. Also the chimeras/hellhounds were not using their emperor given heavy flamers or lascannons to better tear apart the clone troopers. Or the Basilisk not firing directly at the enemy as its both a direct and indirect firing artillery piece. The more you know.

Whats the music?

Where are the gun emplacements on those walls? Why did half the garrison funnel out while holding off an enemy advance instead of making use of gun emplacements and defensive positions? Why don't the Clones have LAAT gunships? Why do all the clones seem to have DLT's and nothing else? I won't pretend to know much about these Guardsmen, or 40K in general, but this is a very poor representation of the 501st. Neat little cinematic, though

I would like to point out that the confederates actully have a advantage as they can just make more warriors and weapons in minutes once a factory is working. the mechanicum takes much much longer. so even if the confederates loose a battle every high ranking unit they take out from the mechanicum the worse off the mechanicum is. and i don't think it would take too long for the confederates to make there own titans if they could get ahold of one.

if the droids had the depholiator the battle would already be over before it began. as without energy sheilds the nids would be burnt to a crisp.

Not sure how Orks would be so resistant to clone weaponry, if the clones had started opening fire when the orks first engaged the CIS detachment, the clones wouldn’t brought down more Orks and given themselves more time to learn about their enemy before the Orks suicidal charge (that’s if the AT-TE’s main weaponry didn’t devastate the entire battlefield in a few shots).. however the Astartes jumping in behind the clones wouldn’t resulted in the clones losing. But you’ve basically nerfed republic clones down to imperial guardsmen level, so it’s no surprise they lost

Props to the Administratum for spending 10 years to organize the logistics for this campaign. With 70% casualties, it was a strategic victory. In another 30 years, the Imperium will capture the whole sector but the republic/empire will collapse faster for some reason.
